As a Mobile Notary in Baton Rouge, I literally travel everywhere around East Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. I help people by notarizing any legal document in their homes, work, nursing homes, hospitals, and even in prison or jails. While I notarize documents in all jails around the BR area, the prison that I visit the most is the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
In order for me to provide notary services at the EBR prison, I need to know the name of the inmate, his date of birth, the last four of his social, when you want me to meet with him, and if the inmate will have the documents or if I will need to bring them. If you are in the Baton Rouge area you can pay me in person after I complete the assignment and hand you the documents. If you are outside of the area we can make arrangements to pay via PayPal or Western Union after I complete the job.
An example of a Baton Rouge Jail notary signing is one that I completed two days ago. A woman called me from another state. She wanted me to visit her boyfriend at the EBR Prison to notarize some paperwork that he had. She gave me all of his personal information, and I was then able to get permission from the warden’s office to meet with the inmate. The inmate was allowed to bring his papers to the meeting. I witnessed him signing them and then brought the papers with me. After I provided proof to the lady that I had completed the assignment, she paid for my services through PayPal and I mailed the notarized documents to her.
